1. Service-Based Refunds

Fusionland Estate operates on a service model. Payments made for listing properties, partner registration (e.g., builder or agent profiles), or consultation services are non-refundable once the service has been activated or delivered.

However, in exceptional cases—such as duplicate transactions, technical errors, or services not initiated due to platform failure—we may offer a refund after review.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same service.

  • Your service (e.g., property listing or consultation) was not activated within the expected timeframe due to a system issue.

  • You made payment but did not receive confirmation or access within 48 hours and have notified our support team.

 

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after availing the service

  • Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the user

  • Property deals, sales, or transactions—Fusionland is not responsible for financial exchanges between users.

 

4. Refund Process

Once reviewed, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
